Website Impact EvaluationThe Gamble Aware website www.gambleaware.co.uk was launched 1 September 2007 to coincide with the introduction of the new Gambling Act. Developed by the Responsibility in Gambling Trust (RIGT) in partnership with a range of other agencies, the website aims to give consumers better information to allow appropriate choices to be made in regards to gambling involvement. RIGT seeks expressions of interest from parties able to evaluate the Gamble Aware (www.gambleaware.co.uk) website across a range of user groups including prospective gambling consumers, help-seekers and problem gamblers. The impact evaluation is intended to assist with the future planning and development of the website. Expressions of interest are welcomed from organisations with relevant experience in health information and online impact evaluations who can demonstrate their relevant skills, competencies and capacity to deliver a final report by November 2008.
